First Ive ever heard of this . I wonder what could be used as a baseline to do this build in scale for the body

The Kruse body was still in Doug Kruse's shop when he passed. Haven't heard what happened to it.

A Monogram Chaparral 2D body looks to have some useful contours. Slice it up, add a windshield from an MPC STP Lotus Indy turbine wedge, lots of sheet styrene and some putty and you might just get there.
