if you have a printer you can do your own. just find a plate sales site with a preview generator and save the image. any photo or image program can be used to scale it to suit, then print on photo paper and its job done. i recommend filling the sheet of paper though to save on the photo paper.

My license plate making source only has a 1985-version of a British Columbia plate... a test version shown here. 

If that'll work for you, let me know what custom text/lettering you want on the plate and I'll see about getting one or more if needed to you.
