Made a new exhaust stack from ali tube and plastic pipe. Mounted it into the cut out.

Put a kink in the intake and added a socket type joint at the bottom from shrapnel with the elbow to the filter. I've seen this form of mounting the stack on some of the older trucks.

I'm very happy with the overall effect.

Steve, this is looking spot on to your first two, inspiration pics on page 1.  Any plans to add the headache rack in those photos as well?  Would look awesome!

I've had a bit of a fiddle about with what could be a headache rack tbis afternoon. If it turns out you'll see it, if not I might use the several Snap Tite ones I have lying around.

I remember way back, making a headache rack for a logging truck and using some door screen for the grating.  I'm certain you'll make something work!

I agree with Jurgen and Gary …..I’d LOVE to see what you would do with a 1/25 scale truck! I still marvel at this being 1/32. Love the updates, Steve.

Bit naughty in the current temperature and humidity but I got a little primer on the cab to see how it looked. OK to me.

I also built a headache rack similar to the one in the Movin'On truck. I tried forming the outer frame using 2.3mm  plastic tube and a heat gun for round edges and it was ok until I tried an adjustment and it snapped.

I decided to use straight lengths with mitred corners. On the inner edge of the frame I cut a groove into which I fitted aluminium mesh. I added two main supports and braces, looks ok.

I might put a rear window into the back of the cab, as in the truck in the episode. I think it had a lace curtain on it!

You do such amazing work in this scale bringing them up to days standard. I like how you did the stack and especially the Air Cleaner
