SkylineGTR34 Posted October 14 Author Posted October 14 Sorry for my late post, dear model building friends, I was focusing on the chassis, which, like the body, naturally had to be shortened to fit. And it also affected the rear part of the chassis. This would later be connected to the front part of the chassis. I was still wondering how to solve the axle problem, since the kit's mountings wouldn't hold the wheels for much longer, so I tried to build my own axle. Whether that works will become clear later. Until then 😉 Best regards 👋 Eugen S. 2
SkylineGTR34 Posted October 17 Author Posted October 17 (edited) Good morning everyone 👋😉 Things progressed a bit. The chassis was glued and connected. So far, it looks good. But I still have no idea how to attach it to the wheel. But I think I'll come up with something. Best regards 👋 Eugen S. Edited October 17 by SkylineGTR34 4
SkylineGTR34 Posted October 22 Author Posted October 22 (edited) Good morning everyone 👋😉 Please excuse my late message. I'm sorry I haven't been making much progress lately, as I'm still working on a few side projects and am currently rearranging my room. Regarding my GMC Typhoon project, there's some very good news: I still have two Waverider kits. I took a few parts from one of them for the chassis and glued it onto my Typhoon. Of course, it took a bit of work to adapt it to the GMC. And finally, it looks the way I wanted it to on its four wheels. More updates coming soon. See you then. 👋 Best regards 👋 Eugen S.
