Pearl white question?

I’m planning to paint my Tony Nancy dragster Tamiya pearl white. What’s better, Tamiya white primer or Tamiya pure white as a base? Or the white primer then pure white then pearl?

My last build was painted with Tamiya pearl white. It's a 3d print so I covered it in gray primer sealer first, then Tamiya white primer with the pearl over that.

This was covered in Mr. Hobby White, and then Tamiya Pearl White.   The plastic color was a light gray and the Mr. White covered it no issues. (Now you may see a slight pink in the bottom of middle of the seats, and that was due to a paint color change, I should of painted Tamiya Primer Gray, but I just skipped to Mr Hobby)

White primer is the way to go. The pearl white can go over it without an intermediate coat. The kit is molded in white, right?
