Drag Chute

Might anyone know what kit this drag chute came from?  It is 3/4" x 1/2" and  angled.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it red styrene or painted, might help someone in indentifying it

I'd almost bet it is from the Revell Tommy Ivo "Showboat" four-engine dragster kit.
