this is another of andrey bezrodny's amazing 3d printable model kits i printed except theĀ  standard hot wheels star wheels they are from another designer i scaled those up to 1/25 in my slicer so i could use them on this build and the front bucket seats are from andrey's 2024 mustang darkhorse kit and the shifter is from andrey's 1969 rambler s/c kitĀ
i decided to paint and decalĀ  and use the same wheels on itĀ  to match theĀ  3d resin printed custom 67 shelby gt500 model i printed and built i even have the same song playing in the background as this is a companion model for the gt500Ā
i painted the body a base coat of rust oleum 2x satin sweet mango then i did a top coat of rust oleum color shift pink champagneĀ
i brush painted the interior apple barrel gloss dark grey acrylic paintĀ
i painted the shifter and headlights rust oleum bright coat aluminumĀ
i painted the tail lights rust oleum 2x gloss colonial redĀ
i painted the chassis and wheels rust oleum 2x flat black primerĀ
i brush painted the rimsĀ  folk art metallic sterling silver acrylic paintĀ
i brush painted the grille sections apple barrel matte black acrylic paintĀ
i brush painted the shifter base apple barrel matte pavement acrylic paintĀ
the crack in the left bed side happened when i was trying to reshape it as it has flared out pretty far on both sides between painting and buildingĀ  and i had to glue that one section that broke back on but in the correct angle and i was out of both paints i had painted the body in so i could not repaint itĀ
