Question for the Tamiya paint aficionados

Looking to duplicate the shade of Tamiya's acrylic X7 red using their lacquer jar paints.  I assumed they'd carry the numbers over for the sake of consistency, but LP7 is listed as Pure Red.  Can anyone authoritatively tell me whether it's the same shade?
