jjsipes Posted October 25 Posted October 25 Since the weather will be getting cooler soon here in the Mid-Atlantic, I'm trying to get some models painted to have some to work on this winter. First Revell 1971 Oldsmobile 443, Meng GT40 and finally Revell Foose Eldorod 5
Andria H Posted October 25 Posted October 25 getting downright nasty here in the PNW as it usually does in late October/early November. This is when I double down on weathered models and stuff with Tamiya or Testors Lacquer rattle cans that dry fast and which I can spray under the eaves on the patio and bring in to dry in a kitchen cabinet I delegated to that purpose.
STU111 Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Certainly a good strategy. My part of Australia gets pretty cold in winter, so if l have some painted car bodies and major sub assemblies, it can see me through. The 442. Olds is a great kit, I’ve built one myself and really enjoyed it.👍🏻
espo Posted October 27 Posted October 27 Great looking colors. Are you going with the Gulf Oil livery on the GT40?
