A box stock build the paint is testors white enamel and one of the testors metallic orange lacquers .I think it’s a rather striking color combination .These are great building kits with probably the best headers ever put into a model box . This is one great issue of DRAG RACING MAGAZINE as there are many great reference photos. Not just the golden commandos , but the pure hell altered as well .

Again, a Great build of a Historic NHRA Legend. I just finished reading Drag Racing's Rebels. How the AHRA Changed Quarter-Mile Competition. Lots of stats, stories, and great color photos.  I highly recommend it.
