I spring clamped the 4 sections together and filed all the edges to match. The with drum sander , did. The wheel openings so they would also match. The Waukesha gas engine had two valve covers and had dual ignition as I remember. I made up one for the '61 Maxim S model. Here are a couple of looks at it. 2
