1971 Chevy Monte Carlo

would love to try and build a kit to look like my car, Dunno how I would do that dent though on the front. I've built one of those AMT kustom cruiser Monte Carlo kits and the suspension and frame fit was awful. might try again soon.

The stock kit has been reissued a few times, I would find one of those. I bet Spotlight Hobbies would have one. Your on your own on the dent. I tend to make my builds nicer than the subject.

I had the good fortune to pick up a one owner '72 Monte Carlo years ago, should never have gotten rid of it. The AMT kit is a great basis to replicate your '71 Monte. The only issue might be changes to the location of the parking lights in the front bumper and how they are shaped. For dents, a little heat can do wonders to soften the plastic enough to lightly change the shape of the roof and maybe that left front bumper.

shes in a body shop right now! should come back looking like she just rolled out of the factory haha

The AMT kit is my best bet, I've built one before and just hated the front suspension on it. But that was awhile ago and I'm a bit more skilled than before. I will probably pick another one up.
