Interesting process, I've seen spool fed tig setups for production work, takes the skill of hand feeding the rod out of the equation. No heat,no distortion, perfect for sheetmetal repair. I can see restoration shops using this.

I'm sure it's entirely possible to make a horrible mess with this thing. Some folks always find a way.
