How would you do white, reflective markings on a white patrol car? I'm not doing this, but saw a local PD vehicle with this combo the other day and it's got me wondering how this could be done. Perhaps masking and use pearl white for the markings?

Duplicolor had a paint called Nite Lites which was reflective particles in a clear carrier. It worked somewhat well, but I believe they discontinued it. You might be able to get a similar effect with a clear pearl coat. But that depends on the look you're hoping to achieve.

Reflective vinyl is an option, if you find a product that isn't too thick.

I had a friend give me a piece of reflective vinyl once that they used on real municipal vehicles.  I cut it into the strips I want and lay it on.  Super sticky backing so it has to go on correctly the first time but they do look nice.  Here's an example.  _MG_5171(1).JPG.3b0ab02b97c1d3790a91eab93c5022b0.JPG

The yellow stripes are 3M tape.  The white ones are the reflective vinyl.
