Bill_B Posted Tuesday at 11:51 PM Posted Tuesday at 11:51 PM I'm a super slow builder and completing a model is a huge accomplishment. Here is one I was able to finish this year. Pretty much box stock aside from the wheel/tire package and some flocking (does flocking count or does this fall more under the "paint/finishes" category? 🤔). Also, this was a test subject for the rust on the exhaust system using steel wool and vinegar. I will be using this technic more in the future to see what all I can accomplish with it. 15 1
Shark Posted yesterday at 01:27 AM Posted yesterday at 01:27 AM Looks like you dropped it down a little also. Clean build. Explain what you did with the steel wool and vinegar, haven't heard that one before.
Trainwreck Posted yesterday at 02:34 AM Posted yesterday at 02:34 AM Kudos for the weathering on the bottom end, really nice build.
stavanzer Posted yesterday at 02:41 AM Posted yesterday at 02:41 AM Excellent Build. The interior detailing is very sharp, and cleanly done! The Bronze Finish is smooth and professional, as well as working very well on that Ford! The Rust looks good. Only Two quibbles. 1. If the exhaust is that rusty, I'd expect the rest of the chassis might show a touch of Rust too. 2. You might think about sanding the tread on the tires a little bit, to show some wear. Overall, 9/10 Score. Good Show.
espo Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Great looking paint color and finish. Like the interior finishes.
Horrorshow Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Excellent work, really dig your wheels and tire choice.
bh1701 Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Great looking model. The exterior color looks good, and the interior is even better! Bart
