Bear with me, on the poor quality of the photos. I came across these old pics, taken with my first digital camera--some lousy old Polaroid, as I recall. I think, in a sense, their poor quality adds to the flavor of the soup, so to speak. I had put together a tutorial for the old StraightLineModeler website on making "K"-rail, and made this small base, to illustrate its use. The place I lived at the time was down along the Platte riverbottom. The view made the little base pretty effective. Wish I'd had a better camera. Maybe I should make a new base, like this. Hmm...

Anyway, I thought it might be kinda cool to share 'em. Thanks for looking!
