fatkidd Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 well, here's a few pics of the revell '71 gtx kit done in bahama yellow (butterscotch-ish). this is the first model that i have completed in a long time. feel free to comment/critique. model was built pretty much box stock and built for a friend that has the 1:1 car. front seats are wrapped in leather, the roof was painted to simulate vinyl, black flocking for carpet, wired distributor, BMF foil on mirrors, trim, wheel well trim (first time using BMF)

RodneyBad Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 (edited) Paint and top looks Great.. Great looking GTX Friend must love it. A little paint on the wheels will look good too. I don't recall the centers being so dark tho. Edited July 8, 2009 by Zukiholic

You may want to add black to the wheel openings, otherwise fantastic! thanks for the comment. the top was done with primer and a scoth brite pad. i'm in the process of doing a how to on it.
