Looks good so far Gabriel. Is that in the basement??Should be "cool"(pun intended)when it's finished.By the way,I love hot weather,so Arizona,Nevada,Needles,Cali. would be right up my alley.

George that is a workshop built on to the rear of my garage I am just getting around to finishing it up.

The company I hired did a great job. it smells very strong when being applied, then afterwards smells like a freshly painted room.It dries and cures almost instantly you must wear protective clothing, mask, with goggles. Because it Catylizes with moisture so it would glaze over your eyes if you watch while sweating. The whole room took about 1/2 hour to spray and most of the labor is from masking and cleanup.which was another 1.5 Initially I was going to use the fiberglass insulation but this has double the R value of that and seals better, and with Obama giving a 30% energy saving tax incentive it put me in the ball park of where it was better affordable.

Just a glimpse into to my life. http://public.fotki.com/Gabriel12/modelroom/ it is about 12:55 pm in Arizona temp is 105 and rising but its all cool.

Hey Gabriel,

That is nice. I live in Avondale and their isn't any room to build anything in these yards. Heck We can't have anything showing above our block walls. My paint booth is out side so i have to paint early early in the morning. I can't work in the Garage because of too many cars. I guess I'll jump on my golf cart and come over and use yours. HA HA HA ! I LIKE IT, I'M JEALOUS

Besides the Draft you'll get from your door.

It is looking perty good.

What about using some of that expanding foam to fill that gap and then

Caulk it?

I am going to float concrete patching into that area to fill it it in and level it out then coat it with Garage floor epoxy coating to match it up. It will look good when I am done, I HOPE. That will be more towards the end of it all. Next up will be Door casing, baseboards, Bought, finished, and installed.

I'm sure it will be more useful when it has tools, a bench, and a paint booth. :)
