E St. Kruiser50 Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 (edited) I posted this for you Clay because last I heard you got your mag, but hadn't read it yet - This build was never posted here in "Under Glass", after it was finished, , so I choose pic's that hopefully aren't in the article, for a little varity. chris coller Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 Gotta say that is one sweet conversion. I followed this thread and seen the layout in the mag and was just blown away. Great build bring the same car together from two different era's.
Foxer Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 Glad to see it here. Was an interesting article and fully enjoyed the conversion.
RodneyBad Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 Looks Even better here than in the Mag. (nothing personnel Gregg, Just Bigger and brighter here) A Great article and Mag. Excellent work and Photography. Truly an Outstanding Job Dave..
Jon Cole Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 Dave; I just finished reading the article in MCM on your RetroVette, saying "impressive" is an understatement! Harry's design, and your interpetation go together like coffee & cream! The real eye popper tho, is how much work you put into those seats and other interior components. If anyone is not aware, get the magazine! This ride has real animal hide! Take that, PETA!
Daniel Peterson Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 Man! There's something so wrong and so right about that build, all at the same time! Outstanding work!
Raul_Perez Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 Excellent blend of old and new, Dave!! Congratulations on an awesome build!! Later,
george 53 Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 Dave, this ride is SOOOO Cool, ANY pics of it are alright with me! You REALLY did a GREAT job on it, an It is /was VERY worthy of an article in our FAVORITE mag! Besides, with so many people to see it, I KNOW it has to be an insperation to some folks!!!! GREAT BUILD an Article!!!
Clay Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 Wow, Dave this looks even better than in the mag. Thanks for showing it on here. There is only one thing that doesnt fit to me, the froint bumper just doesnt look right. But I love it any way!!! Awesome job on it.
