ChrisPflug Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 AMT '71 Duster with a Lindberg slant 6/ 3 speed from the '64 Plymouth kit, trim rings "removed" from the wheels and vintage "Twister" quarter decals from the Last Detail
RodneyBad Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Great looking Duster. Nice work taking off the beauty rings I see the Valve stems too Engine looks good too but just a bit out of focus.. Nice work.
roadhawg Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Very nicely done! I love that 6 in there! Years ago, I built a 66 Chevelle to race in the 6 cylinder class at the local dirt track. I had a 292 truck motor in it. First race, I proceeded to get my butt whipped by a Duster with a slant 6!
93Z34 Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 It's great seeing cars like this built in the "economy" fashion with the slant 6 between the fenders. While the all out Mopar Muscle rocks, it's sweet seeing the more common cars in scale. You did a great job replicating your Duster. Kdeep up the great work!
george 53 Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Oh that is jus plain jane cool!!! How many MORE Dusters came THIS way, than with 340 4spds? If ya had put a Bench seat in it(the Buckets are nice too,but I jus happen ta like benches)with a column shift auto, it woulda been like 90% of the cars that left the factory! GREAT BUILD!!!! I LOVE it!!! In fact, I like it so much, I jus might hafta build one!!
