I can't answer your question, but know that the first guy getting his subscription delivered usually posts it here. Then, it's about a two week period as the rest of us get ours.. like a few every day. The LHS's seem to be somewhere in between, some getting it very early compared to home subs. I only speak from what I read here and have NO insider knowledge.
