ntrlsur Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Hello folks. I am trying to get back into the hobby after about 15 years. The last time I built models I was a teenager. My first project back is going to be a 2009 Dodge Challenger kit from Revell. I am prepping the body, bumpers and hood this week. Hopefully I will be able to get my first coat of primer on by Wednesday if the post office can get it delivered by then and get my first coat of paint on by the weekend. Wish me luck. If any of you wise folks have anything to share please shoot it my way.
Guest Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Hi, welcome back to the hobby, and best of luck. It would be easier for us if you ask specific questions.

ntrlsur Posted August 18, 2009 Author Posted August 18, 2009 Thanks for the warm welcome folks.... Hopefully I can get the seats painted tonight if the humidity holds off and get some pictures posted.
ntrlsur Posted August 20, 2009 Author Posted August 20, 2009 Well I finally got to get some paint laid down. On my first model in 15 years. I don't have my airbrush yet so I am working only with brushes and the enamels that I have. Hopefully my airbrush shoes up before the weekend so that I can get a few coats down on the body. Let me know what you guys think..
