Hmmm... What year SVT cobra? Doesn't look like the 2003-2004 cobra engine as they are a supercharged 4.6 4 V engine..... The hood scoops look like they may be from a 95-98 year cobra with a 2V 4.6 unless of corse it was the 94 model SVT which had a 5.0 302... Am i correct or no? What engine is it?

This was and is a great one! Very cool to realize it gets a new lease on life making the rounds on the East Coast. I remember it from when I first started frequenting the MCM board. Hard to believe it's less than 2 years ago. I liked it so much I sent Raul a PM saying so. It's how we "met". I recall Raul saying some folks took exception to it because it wasn't "traditional". Oh well...:P

I actually think it's a pretty fair trade for that awesome '58 Bonneville you sent him ( http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.p...tiac+Bonneville ):

A '49 Mercury SVT Cobra! Built by Raul Perez, who decided it should have a new home with me . Fantastic detail all over, but especially in the engine bay. I'm going to take it to some East Coast shows, starting with my club's 'Super September Showdown'. Here are a few pics I took, and the link to the under glass post. THANK YOU RAUL!!!!

You're very welcome, Randy!! I needed to make room in my display case for the exceptionally well built '58 Pontiac that you sent me!! :)

It's now making the rounds at the west coast shows!!

The 4.6L 32 valve engine and interior are from the AMT '97 SVT Cobra.
