Bringing back a Ferrari 259 GT SWB(Short Wheelbase Berlinetta)

I was going through my storage boxes when I came across this cigar box.Inside was an old Italeri Ferrari SWB that had been damaged in a move.Upon further examination it looked like all of the parts were there and the body had no scratches so I put her back together.What do you think?

With all the goodies we have today for Ferrari models, strip the paint, give it a good paint job and get one of those great Boranni wheels like the Model Factory Hiro's and you will see you had a beast undercovered!

I've always liked that kit as I built one years ago. I wish they'd reissue it as it does build up very nice with some extras.

I agree with Simon, get yourself some PE parts and you got a great little treasure there. Good job restoring an oldie.

Well the kit needs the prancing horse on the grill and the wheels need an upgrade.THe paint has to be polished but I can't polish it because I waxed it which wil ruin the polishing cloths!Who makes PE upgrade sets fo this sWb?
