Bad news about our friend

I visited Bud yesterday in the ICU. He has been intabated and is on some pain meds so he fades in and out. Docs wouldn't tell me much.

Keep him in your prayers as it doesn't look good.

I really wasnt going to post in this thread as I dont know bud other than his work. A really great modeler and has been an inspiration to me as well as many other.

Sure hope he makes it back to building models again. Just remembered a little detail about Bud's old truck, it was painted, and ThatOneEmoKid has it in his avatar! It looks just like Bud's, except a different angle from the pic I took. I'm rambling here, I was correct in my first post, that the truck was partly painted. Found my pics now.....

I have not heard anything since my original post. I was afraid to open this thread after seeing it has more replies. If anyone hears anything please let me know. trakburner@yahoo.com I will try to get ahold of his wife, but I hate to bother her right now and I am sure she is getting overwhelmed with calls and everything as it is.

Our club has a meeting Friday night. There's a few guys there who have been visiting him and Ginger regularly. They'll have an update.

Bud was supposed to be moved out of ICU and back to the care facility Friday, but there's no confirmation of this.
