crazyjim Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Always liked this little car, but not the giant hood scoop - so I changed to a lower scoop. Wheels may look stock but are from the parts bin and are larger than stock. I couldn't resist putting some junk in the trunk.
Foxer Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Those wheels/tires look great ...overall a cool looking build!
Bruno Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Looks great! I have the JoHan pro street kit (not assembled yet...) with the yellow Rambler pic on the box and I was wondering if this is the kit you used?
crazyjim Posted October 10, 2009 Author Posted October 10, 2009 Thanks. I thought it was a JoHan kit but the box art showed a red. white, & blue Scrambler. I thought all factory Scrambler's were those colors.
crazyjim Posted October 10, 2009 Author Posted October 10, 2009 Nigel - Testor's rattle can something Maroon (not Honduras maroon) with a coat of Tamiya clear and Model Car Wax.
RodneyBad Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 Great looking Rambler. Started life as a Johan SC/Rambler and then to a Testors Pro-Street?? Rambler. Same car, Different box. Great work on it
