Albert Moore Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 That is a gorgeous GSX, Chris. Looks like it rolled out of Chip Foose's shop. Cheers, Albert
crazyjim Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 That's one sweet looking ride. Very nice. What kind of wheels are those?
kyledr330 Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 That is one outstanding classic street rod! Where did you get those rims?
Janne Herajärvi Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 WOW! This one of the coolest GSX Buicks what ive ever seen in scale
87 Grand Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Well if its one thing i like its pro-touring and FOOSE!!! Your paint work is top notch. great color scheme and great shine with a fantastic hint of very clean. Great wheel choice for the look. Very nice engine. Nice and detailed, but not ever done. great job. BTW, do you have any interior pics? I would think that the inside is as nice as the outside. Again great job.
Space Cowboy Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Outstanding work and a fantastic paint job.
BiggC Posted November 3, 2009 Author Posted November 3, 2009 Thanks everyone!! The wheels are Aoshima Kranze LXZ Here are some interior shots. Not all the great but all I wanted was something simple.
crazyjim Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Chris, Can you provide more assistance? I looked for a source for the Aoshima Kranze LXZ wheels and got a zero. Do you remember where you got them?
camaroman Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 I am hris but check this guy out for wheels an' stuff. Pretty fast shipping from Hong Kong! http://www.kenncer.com/index.php
george 53 Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Chris, you did a GREAT job! The 70 was a flat out beautiful design, and your choice of colors and options just exemplifies that beautiful styling! The color combo is GREAT! The wheels, stance, it all just flows. GREAT build!
FORDSVTPARTS Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Very nice work. Very odd though that both you and the Minidreams guy both put the distributor in the wrong location on your GSX builds , Buicks had a front mounted distributor.
tabsscale1 Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Very nice work. Very odd though that both you and the Minidreams guy both put the distributor in the wrong location on your GSX builds , Buicks had a front mounted distributor. yep some nice work on this one. Could be that they both thought that it was a gm product that the distributor went inb the back. I think Buick was the only ones of Gm had the distributor in the front
BiggC Posted November 3, 2009 Author Posted November 3, 2009 Thanks everyone!! You should be able to get the wheels at www.hwjapan.com. You know I never looked to see where the distributor went. You guys are right, I just assumed that it went in the back since it was a GM. Thanks for the heads up though. When I build the next one I'll know it goes in the front.
