vizio93 Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 Here is the Revell Corvette C6 kit. Pretty much box-stock, except the supercharger. I had a little fit trouble with the chassis because when I got it it was a little bent, but after some gentle bending it fit better. Here's the goods : Thanx fer lookin'
Greg Cullinan Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 Just one supercharger? White with back wheels look great together.I like the rear glass on this vette it reminds me of the old vettes.spit window would've been cool too.Nice clean build. Thanks

Thanks Yeah if I had another I would try it . If you do a google images search you can find concept drawings of a split window vette'. I think somebody on here actually did that a little while back. Anyway thanx for the comment
Brendan Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 Very nice job on the Corvette. I can't tell from the picture on my computer is it's a pearl white or just white. But looks good either way. A trick I've done for warped plastic is to put it in warm water and then bend it back into shape. And then immediately dunk it in cold water.
Sixties Sam Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 That 'Vette looks mean! It has a "Don't mess with me or I'll blow your doors off!" attitude. Good build!

I gave it two coats of krylon white. I compared it to my moms camaro, which has Arctic White (standard chervrolet color, still used on the vettes) and it was pretty close. That 'Vette looks mean! vizio93 Posted November 22, 2009 Author Posted November 22, 2009 Yeah, that was me: BTW... the side marker lights really shouldn't be white... Ohh thanks fer tellin' me . Seems like I always forget some thing on a model . I also just noticed that the emblem on the front is gone, after the first couple of pics. Dang, I'm gonna have to pull this one back into the shop
Custom Hearse Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 Of course, Harry would notice... Your Vette looks great Billy! I've forgotten to do a few small things on a model myself. I like the look! Coolness!
