Hot_Rod_Bob Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 Hi Gang. I found this listing at Ebay, and picked up a bottle of it to try out. Just though someone else maybe interested. http://cgi.ebay.com/CAN-YOUR-PUTTY-DO-THIS...tem120059737374
MrObsessive Posted December 10, 2006 Posted December 10, 2006 Thanks for that Bob! I just picked up two bottles.................it can't hurt to at least try it out. I'm gonna try to see if it'll work on resin also for pinholes. 8)
GTmike400 Posted December 10, 2006 Posted December 10, 2006 I'm really skeptical about the quality of the putty. It looks like its a one part putty, so it will only be good for really really thin coats. Second its a water based acrylic, so looks like no wetsanding.
dptydawg Posted December 10, 2006 Posted December 10, 2006 I have used this stuff. its more of a scratch filler than a body putty. It has no strength so its only good for very thin aplication. I did wet sand it but I don.t think its as good as Squadrin putties Thanks Carl
