Lyle, thanks for the heads up.....I don't think I would have like to drive from Omaha and find out when I arrived it was cancelled.

I almost started the drive down from Western Mass since we're predicted to get only 8" or so, being so far from the coast.. :lol:

We got hit pretty hard and expecting a few more inches by the time everything is said and done, here are a few pictures I took about 2 hours ago (10:30am Eastern time.)

The Accord is my wife's car, the Ram is mine, didn't even bother to take the snow off the truck, I ain't going nowhere :lol:

Here is Buddy, one of my two Yorkies braving the elements, the other one is somewhere under the snow.... :P;)

We have 20" currently [4:25] in Baltimore City proper.

I'm from Mass so it's no biggie for me, however.......

I stay in because very few in this city know how to deal with such accululation.

I got 17" in my back yard here in Brooklyn Park, MD. Some places look worse due to the drifts. I pulled this off of WBAL 1090 AM website

As of 6pm, WBAL Meteorologist Tony Pann was reporting:

24 inches of snow in Crofton,

23 inches in Jessup,

16 inches in Cockeysville

15 inches at the WBAL studios on TV Hill.

Snow began falling late Friday night, and is expected to continue through the day Saturday before tapering off Sunday morning.

Just be happy you didn't get more than 17 inches in your "back yard" man!!!! :lol::lol::lol: I personally got quite a few in the front as you can see....
