Here she is- my first build of '10...

Other than the Astro Supremes ('73 Cougar) and the narrow white Firestones ('62 Electra), she's totally box stock, with nothing more than a basic shave and a low stance.

Really nice job, Chuck. One caveat, though- the chrome fender molding doesn't bisect the turn signal. Other than that, another great one from your bench :lol: .

Right! It wouldn't... on a stocker... ;) That or it was an oversight on my part. Either way, dude! :lol:

Such a pretty car, I liked 'em back then, but at the time,my Ma had a 65 Lincoln that she traded for a 67.I wanted her to get a Merc, but then again, it WASN'T for me. She got the Lincoln.It was a convertable. Only one we ever owned. Either way,I still liked the Merc, it's STILL a VERY nice style! Ya dun 'er PROUD Chuck!!!biggrin.gifwink.gif

Jan, that's an AMT 66 Mercury. I'm not sure if it's a Monterey or a Montclair, but it's a REAL stylish lookin car, WHATEVER model of Merc it is!!!biggrin.gifwink.gif
