Smart-Resins Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 I am looking for finned brake drums, zoomies that will adapt to a Revell Parts Pack Caddy motor, Bicycle fenders for a T bucket, A intake manifold for the Revell Parts Pack Caddy motor that will allow a bolt on SOCAL blower, custom pullies for the same engine with a seperate belt and a place to get scale bolts and nuts from. Also interested in old lantern style lights for same T bucket. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks. Jody
Jon Cole Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 Bob Dudek offers this. I have no other info.
Jon Cole Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 Gregg aka "Da Boss" once posted this pic... Again, I have no other info on this
Smart-Resins Posted January 12, 2010 Author Posted January 12, 2010 What is the contact for Bob? I see he has a nice dropped axle? Jody
Bridgebuster Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 I am looking for finned brake drums, zoomies that will adapt to a Revell Parts Pack Caddy motor, Bicycle fenders for a T bucket, A intake manifold for the Revell Parts Pack Caddy motor that will allow a bolt on SOCAL blower, custom pullies for the same engine with a seperate belt and a place to get scale bolts and nuts from. Jody Jody, I'm not sure I underswtand; are you looking for parts (that you named) that are different than the parts-pak parts, but work with it? I've got a parts-pak Caddy engine, unopened, if that would help
Smart-Resins Posted January 12, 2010 Author Posted January 12, 2010 Well, I believe I have found that Bob Dudeck is no longer doing his drums, but infact that Replicas and Miniatures Of Maryland is doing them. Rodburner confirmed that! It is rumured they may also have some zoomies? As for the motor, I have the Revell Parts Pack Caddy. Not the greatest shape as its been stripped and painted and stripped again. But I can work with it if need be. The problem is, I do not like its intake. I want to put on a Socal Speed Blower onto the motor so I need a different intake that will work if I can find one. For the Bicycle fenders, either someplace where I can get resin ones, or kit ones could work. The lanterns, more then likely looking for kit pieces. Thanks. Jody
jbwelda Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 reps and mins of maryland's finned brake drums are great and come with ford backing plates.
Casey Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 (edited) The Monogram Boot Hill Express kit might be able to supply the lanterns you seek, Jody, and the Revell '32 ford Sedan (Saints series, Street Demons series, orginal Orange Crate, etc.) kit has a set of cycle fenders. Edited January 13, 2010 by Casey
Smart-Resins Posted January 13, 2010 Author Posted January 13, 2010 The lanterns in the boothills not quite what I am looking for. Now the front fenders in the chopped duece would be. Actually, thank you. I used to have the street demaons version when I was a young lad. Such a hard finicky kit! I have been wanting to find one for some time. The street demons version usually goes for too much. But this version I may be able to find I hope? Thanks. I was thinking, did the black street T kit have lanterns?Jody
RyanSilva Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 (edited) Jody, The cheapest way to get great nut and bolt's are from tichy train group or grandt line. Most are in o scale or HO scale, but they scale well to 1/25. They have a few smaller hex bolt and nut sizes for 1/25 cars, That I will be buying that arent shown in the pic. Prices are about 2.50 for a pack of 48-200 bolts/nuts O scale is about 1/48 and roughly half the size of 1/25 so there you have your 1/25 scale bolt size.. O scale 2.5 inch bolt will be 1.25 inch bolt in 1/25 scale. Edited January 13, 2010 by RyanSilva
Casey Posted January 14, 2010 Posted January 14, 2010 (edited) It looks like the Monogram bucket T kit might have a set of lanterns which would work for you. Edited January 14, 2010 by Casey
