djway3474 Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 Who knew sitting at the bench would get things done. Box stock except for ride height. Rear panel hard to install correctly. Tamiya bright red, urethane clear. One I actually started from a freash kit. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki
Eric Stone Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 That looks good! I have a couple of those I need to build. I plan on doing one as my buddy's '69 GT350. Which rear panel gave you trouble? The chrome piece with the Shelby lettering? Looks good from here.
oldscool Posted January 15, 2010 Posted January 15, 2010 That looks great! Looks like you won out over that rear panel as it looks just right. Try putting a black wash in the honeycomb panel with the Shelby lettering to make the lettering pop out. oldscool
Railfreak78 Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 Looks great and I like the interior too. My buddy got this kit and I've been thinking about it myself. Any other fitting issues?
kyledr330 Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 That looks really cool! Great work with the BMF.
bsoder Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Looks good man...I see your hood fits like mine!
Greg Cullinan Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Dj you did a nice job on this Mustang. The wheels and color are sweet. Stance and interior are well done also. This is one of the first kits I did (it was hideous) and seeing this and the potential makes me want to redo mine. Thanks
