BIGTRUCK Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 this body and chassis sitting on the end of the bench for two years, got tired of looking at it and decided a Sportsman class modified. First cut the wheel wells , filled in the panel lines , removed all trim , second redo complete interior borrowing items out of a Revell 1/24th kit , third front of the chassis is easy , but the rear is the challenge , Revell kit also gave up the tires and rims , rear end and suspension pcs. A 2 tone paint scheme from the early 70's for colors , these are again new waters from my bench and we'll see how it turns out...
BIGTRUCK Posted December 30, 2006 Author Posted December 30, 2006 Did a lot this week and have the body ready for paint.. body colors will be gold and white with some Miller Brewing decals...engine and all outside bracing almost done.....

BIGTRUCK Posted December 31, 2006 Author Posted December 31, 2006 Shot in Dupli-color , white , red , and driftwood metallic got get gauge faces and wrap the roll bars next , then back to the chassis and engine this was the mock-up before shooting the gold and 2 coats of clear
