James W Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 (edited) Found this on the web and want to build one. Jairus says Art Anderson was working on a master of the axles. Anybody seen this type axle in 1:24? Edited January 26, 2010 by James W
astroracer Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 (edited) The housing looks just like a banjo style diff from a Model A. Get yourself a couple of diff housings and build the axles out of aluminum tubing... Real simple. Mark Edited January 26, 2010 by astroracer
Longbox55 Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Shouldn't be too difficult to replicate that setup. I would suggest researching Marmon-Herrington 4x4 conversions. They were the ones that manufactured the original conversion kit. I recall that truck from Vintage Truck a few years ago, it has an M-H conversion.
