Fireball 500

For a upcoming airbrush demo, I chose this kit since it does has a name which goes well with my demo. I started slowly on this kit, but what a disappointing kit. From the looks of it, it must be quite an old AMT kit, but hey, it's got a 'Hemi! haha.

Engine, tub and chrome

And the rest already

Sanded off the hoodpins

Depthened the panellines

And put it in it's basecoat, although I am not satisfied and will redo this.

I'm told the AMT Duster, lends itself well to this project. The chassis is a very close fit as I'm thinkin the FB500 was based on a Dart body.

hello new here to the board,,this topic caught my eye,,i have an unopend kit FB500 the car was a movie car,built by george barris and it was a highly modified 66 barracuda,,
