Here's one that was justed painted. The color is Royal Blue Pearl with rally stripes made with mica silver, light gunmetal, and clear smoke layers topped with clear pearl:

Sweet jayvee! That blue is awesome color! The stripes are cool with the ghost flames. What color base coat did you use for the blue? Silver?

Manny

Thanks Manny, the blue is shot straight over gray primer.

This painted body has been sitting in the kit box for about a year and a half. The blue paint had been buffed off of one of the fenders, and today I finally got around to repainting it. I was able to mask the roof and the trunk and repaint the blue sections. I then repainted the whole body in clear, and the color matched really well so I guess I'll finish this one. I'm glad I was able to save it because it took a bit of masking and painting to make it.

You did an outstanding job :D It takes patients to do multi layered paint.

Thanks guys. Here is a pic of the wheels. The lip was masked and the spokes were painted with titanium metalizer and then flat laquer. The inner wheel wells were opened up a bit to lower the stance:

That looks really nice. The wheels really set it off. Those wheel wells can be a bit of a pain. Great job on the stance.

Here's the engine for this one. It has a carbon fiber decal on the intake manifold (applied with plenty of Micro-Sol) and Ford racing decals. All the decals are from the SVT Ford Focus kit:
