Lownslow Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 this started as a resin kit for a amt camaro but since i didnt have one or feel like buying one i used leftovers from a revell kit the wheels are aoshima 24s and the bird came from the 77 revell T/A the body is basic black top coated in urethane
Wayne Buck Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Really nice work! I love the color combo. I kinda like that better than the new camaro, especially the tail light panel.
Dragline Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 There is something Sinister about that car. Nice Build. Bob
Guest Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Very nice! I like it. Lingenfelter did a prototype Firebird based on the Camaro, I dont know what the rear looked like, but the front was lifted from the 701/2 Firebird.
hemithunder Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Looks Sharp! But, whose ganna play the Bandit? Burt's gettin to old to be diving acrossed car hoods.
Eric Stone Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 (edited) Nice! Very clean build. I like it! Who made the body? Edited March 16, 2010 by Eric Stone

Rat Fink Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 That rear is very reminiscent of a 69 Firebird. Nice...I like it.
slant6 Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 I know they didnt make one, but I saw some concept pix of a "new" firebird a while back, and they looked nasty. Your build fits right along with em. looks great!

highway Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 Looks good, I'm planning on 1 with the 77/78 nose with the shaker hood, similar to the one on the cover of the March 2010 "Hot Rod".
