Joe Nunes Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 (edited) Every once in a while something occurs that makes one feel good. Having placed a request for an old engine in the Wanted section I was contacted by Ed Shaver via PM and told he would look for the parts. Ed spent his own time and energy trying to locate the engine parts and kept me informed via PM all along the way. Alas he didn't have all the parts (though I did locate the engine locally) but Ed even offered to send what parts he had via mail for free. That was a VERY nice offer to say the least. Though I told him to keep those extra parts in case someone else was looking I feel Ed did his best to help out. I feel I have made a friend in this transaction and that is much more important than model parts anyday! Thanks again Ed for keeping in touch and really letting me know you cared enough about the request to give of your time in searching for those parts. Joe Edited March 20, 2010 by rhoadapple
