can i spray acrylic over lacquor paint

anything can be sprayed over Lacquer paint,enamel,Acrylic,Just Do not spray Lacquer over these paints or they will lift,and you will have to strip it and Start all over...........Hope this helps!

the only real rule is no LACQUER over ENAMEL.

Many use Future as a barrier coat and that is clear acrylic...I did this Magnum with both HOK and Duplacolor lacquers over MM acrylic yellow...it does have to cure. This was cleared with both duplacolor special effex and clear lacquers
