  5. If you dont want to fool with the hex rod, bead crimp ends give the a/n fitting effect. You can get the silver ones. Paint them blue and red transparent and wallah. these were left gold because the 1:1 had gold these are gold but you can get them silver and copper

  9. How to you guys make windows look weathered. Im getting rust down. But windows are hard
  10. To answer your question. All we have heard for the last year and a half is "we dont want to rush it" "when it is released we want it to be correct and a good quality product". So when it is released and stuff is not perfect, it makes one feel that it was not done 100% and we waited for nothing. I put down close to 75 bucks plus 25 bucks in travel to go get my two kits. I want them right. Tamiya gets it right. Why cant we expect it from mobious?
  11. This was un-called for. ? The guy simply said he wanted what he thought he was getting. Ps. Sorry to hear about your father
  12. Hey mike. I painted everything in the whole cab the same blue. Then i just dusted the seats with grimmy black weathering dust to pick out the ridges in the seat covers. Then i toned it down by lightly airbrushing some blue back over it. I then dull coated it. The floor was painted black and i kept adding layer after layer of dusts that are diffrent browns. I used some brown paint dry brush on some rust on the dash and added layer after layer of dust and dull coat till it looked dirty.
  13. I have to blend in the middel bottom of the truck to make it look even. Just a little light dust should do it. The outside rust is sophisticated finishes rust system that was air brushed on. The first pics were taken monday. The last pics were taken tue night 24 hrs later. It looks more like rust every hr. I just use water to thin down the grey paint with the iron in it. You will have to fuss with it. It will clogg your gun a zillion times. I then spray the activator over what was painted. Use a resperator when spraying the activator. That stuff will take your breath and not give it back
