  1. Nice kit but it moebious is pulling a fast one The bottom of the doors/bed and cab have trim added and is not like the truck in the pic.(the ranger has this trim) But the kit does have the trim. It would take a lot of work to make the kit look like the box art. Which is correct. The kit or the box art. Another issue i came across is was the engine was crooked when using the location holes provided. It may have been something i did. I just deleted the one on the tranny and filled the hole with ca glue. And just unexplainable is the floating alternator. It is 2015. Kits should not be allowed that have floating alternators Where are the hood hinges? Decals for the battery/oil filter/shocks? I was a little let down that they missed the small things that should be supplied in a kit. But the kit falls together. That part is very awesome. I only have the glass to go. Lets hope it falls in line as well. Now that im finished kit bashing, haha, i made a funny, lets build!!!!!!
  2. That is showroom floor stuff right there
  3. My lhs guy said mine will be arive in the moring. ?
  4. Every time someone post that their lhs is going out of business we get this same fuss. Every time. Well at least in the 8-10 years i have been a member her. I love my lhs. The guy that works there talks me to death and i do the same to him. They dont sell my kind of kits there (imports) but i buy what i can.
  5. The pod racer has no shortage of those lines. You could put lines on everything if you had a few extra kits
  6. The only thing i dont like about the kit is the decal sheet It should have came with a set of stickers for the beginners and a set of waterslides for the older people
  7. You are correct. Im building this now as a quick build. It is a awesome kit so far for me. You have a nice build. Thanks for the link
  8. Well i got my z back from the painter. He blacked out all the crome and tail lights making her look special but still stock I used the kit in line six engine to be the base of the sr20det. It was longer so i cut it to the right size and then fit in the transmission things at the rear of the enging I also closed the intake and exhaust ports on the head to make way for the exhaust for the 4 cylender. Im starting to fake the timing chain cover but it is not looking good on the first attempt One more glamor shot of my z I promise i will stop with them now
  9. I know cool when i see it. This sir is cool
  10. I have not given up on this one. The ice age that has gripped most of America has taken my energy and extra time This will be a streetable race car I have made changes to the engine to make it look more realistic. Pic up in a bit
  11. Wow. We went from valve stems to dip sticks in one tread. That truck engine looks great
  12. Nice build so far. Keep up the good work
  13. I wander if anybody even builds the pod racer anymore or just uses it for its awesome parts
  14. I now have 6 of these. I will build them all at once
  15. I got the engine out of the 1/12 die cast. It is not very good. But i will make it work I can use these as well.
  16. Nice build
  17. Yes indeed. Your work is great. I was only picking about the no pics thing. I know i have worked and worked hard on models for a long time to look back an say "what have i accomplished today"
  18. Great idea kenny. I work at a paper mill. A little softwood pulp will act just like fiber reinforcement in concrete
