Trying to find out what engine this is?

Well I have a plan for this, but I am trying to figure out what kind of engine it is?

The v8 engine:

Maybe the fwd tranny is throwing me off or what, but have no clue what it is.

So any help would be appreciated.

It is a fantasy traverse mounted Chrysler small block. I would guess a 360 if I remember the kit right.

Probably some form of a Chevy small-block, due to the rear mounted distributor.

Of course, you'd have to wonder how much torque-steer that thing has!

Edit: Just looked up the 360 and it has a rear-distributor also, which would make more sense for in a Dodge.

Well the daytona is going to be a non-turbo 2.2L 4, it's a replica of my mom's first new car.

The v8 is going in a.........and will be......mounted
