Im building it OOB except for the Torq Thrust D wheels from a Revell 68/69 GTO kit. The paint id used is Rust-Oleum "Metallic" Copper Metallic paint which looks cool i was gonna go with their Gold Rush Metallic paint but i'd ran out so i'd chosen this shade. Car Crazy 81 Posted May 21, 2010 Author Share Posted May 21, 2010 (edited) More progress on the 4-4-2 i'd painted my own stripes since the ones from the kit cracked into pieces. I'd used Frogtape to mask off the body except where i'd painted the stripes & under the hood i'd used Fastkolor 6mm tape for the center. This is my first try at this.
