tuffone20 Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 I get email updates from Street Fire and this is one I had to share here. http://www.streetfire.net/video/frogman-tim-cotterills-rocket-ii-trike_2012550.htm
LDO Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 That thing is wild. I wonder if it is registered/insured as a car since it has 4 wheels?
Railfreak78 Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Thanks for sharing Marty that is SICK! I can't believe someone thought that 1000hp can't hit 200mph when a new rice rocket will do that with only 750 or more CC. Look at Katana, Gsx-R and so on and so on.
Rick Forrester Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 OK That is totally cool. now whogoing to build the model of it.papafo
mr moto Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 That thing is wild. I wonder if it is registered/insured as a car since it has 4 wheels? Insured? What insurance company would touch that thing??!!!??
highway Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Since when does a "trike" have 4 wheels??? That only has three wheels, looks to me either two rims welded together or the front tires move independently, but a trike irregardless! Are you forgetting the four tired Dodge Tomahawk MOTORCYCLE!!! It had four independently moving wheels, but is still a motorcycle!!
Harry P. Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 That only has three wheels, looks to me either two rims welded together or the front tires move independently, but a trike irregardless! Are you forgetting the four tired Dodge Tomahawk MOTORCYCLE!!! It had four independently moving wheels, but is still a motorcycle!! If the two front wheels are welded together, why two separate tires? And why weld two wheels together in the first place?
tuffone20 Posted May 21, 2010 Author Posted May 21, 2010 Harry Is this a Trike or a motorcycle? It has 3 wheels? But it's not a Trike and how can it be a motorcycle having 3 wheels?
envious8420 Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Harry Is this a Trike or a motorcycle? It has 3 wheels? But it's not a Trike and how can it be a motorcycle having 3 wheels? does cycle mean only 2 wheels?
Kaleb Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Now that is a high speed roller blade, That Thing(trike) is completely underspoken I have 2 in my garage(imaginary but still there) Should it not be called a quad-runner? 4 wheels(fourwheeler)
Harry P. Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 does cycle mean only 2 wheels? The dictionary definition of a motorcycle is a self-propelled two-wheeled vehicle. And as far as I know, "trike" is short for "tricycle," which means three wheels. So a vehicle with four wheels is not a motorcycle and not a "trike."
RodneyBad Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 (edited) That is one Wicked Trike.. Pro-Street Trike BTW: this has 4 wheels. Still a motorcycle? car? Bike, Trike, truck? A 5th wheel hitch would have been a nice addition. Edited May 22, 2010 by Zukiholic

Thanks for the Monster Garage Trike pics, too, I have always wanted to build a model of that trike!
