idlewild Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 (edited) I built this as a no big name car just something you would put together and go racing. The donar kit I used was the Tony Nancy Loner,I made my own radius rod's out of aluminum rod as I have never been happy with the one's from the kit. The wheel pant's I got from a friend of mine and the rear body section and cowl I got from comp resin's,I also put a bigger dish on the rear wheel's. Paint is candy apple red finished with gold pinstriping and automotive clear. Cheers Tony. Edited June 1, 2010 by idlewild
DavidChampagne Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 I would guess that the small gold stripes came from either a 1/64th gold pinstripe tape or he painted the body gold, use some 1/64th masking tape and then painted the red. I just got some 1/64 and 1/32 masking tape and gold tapes to try on my Ivo 1/16 FED. Hope it comes out as good this.
eviltwincustoms Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 This is really cool looking, I like the front wheel skirts very different looking.
Mooneyzs Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Very nicely done. This build looks great! Nice work
