Mr. Can Am Garage Posted June 15, 2010 Posted June 15, 2010 Am I the only one interested in building some of their trucks in scale? I'm kinda partial to Eldon's Western Star tridem. I know I can get Jameston of Scale Finishes on board for Pelletier purple and blue. Anyone interested in helping with the decals?
Madd Trucker Posted June 15, 2010 Posted June 15, 2010 Ihavhe been kicking the idea around of doing his new truck and one of thier trailers

I like Eldon's toy, but I'm kinda partial to that nice new Mack that Bonecrusher got near the end of last season. Of course, I spent five years staring at the south end of that north bound dog for five years!
ARTEMIS1759 Posted June 15, 2010 Posted June 15, 2010 Oh, I love loggers. I want to build a few later on down the road.

You've just finished Season 2? Or worse, Season 3?

It's not quite that bad. We get what you get but later. IIRC, I saw the season finale for the second season of American Loggers when I was recovering from NNL East in my hotel room at the Ramada in Wayne, NJ. I "think" Discovery Channel Canada will air it here this summer.

cam Posted June 23, 2010 Posted June 23, 2010 I like the Western star that is named (Big Foot) it has planetary drives pit style fenders and a butterfly hood. I live in southern Maine and am thinking of driving up to Millinocket next spring when the're not hauling. Its about 3 hrs for me, it would be cool to get some pictures.
loghauler70 Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 Ok I can post more log trucks if you like. Mark

Big Foot is a Western Star 6900. I'm in southern Quebec near the Vermont border but as the New England saying goes, "I can't get there from here". At least not easily. 6 hours or so.
