For the first time, a Swedish driver will race in NASCAR. Mattias Ekström, who is a DTM champion, usually races his Audi with Red Bull livery. So he'll be in the #83 car. He'll be racing this coming Sunday at Sonoma. He did very well in testing the car, getting to know it and the track. This guy can drive the wheels off just about any car.... You can bet we are excited over here!

That is kewl! The road courses are the only Nascar racing that I care for, which is apparently the opposite of the majority of Nascar fans. Turn left... AND right!

I'd like to see more road courses, too. If only to shake things up. Especially since most tracks have road corses at them anyway.

Those do seem to be more entertaining to watch. Dad was able to get tickets so we could go up to Road America this Saturday for the Nationwide race there

Hejsan Modellpularn

Gratulerar med Mattias :D

And guys, know what??? For the first time ever

A DANISH DRIVER ENTERS A NASCAR RACE TOO

Jan Magnussen will start in the same race on sunday. He will drive an Impala, for the Phoenix racing team. He will start in 32 position. Mattias Ekström from Sweeden will start in 38 position. (Sorry Modellpularn :) )

We are just as excited as the sweedes, so I guess a lot of scandinavian folks will see that NASCAR race on tv....

Good luck to Sweeden, Modellpularn
