Painting the underside of the fiberglass hood of a '67 Mercury Cyclone

I'm working on the '67 Cyclone right now. Did some research and found out the hood was fiberglass, same as the T-Bolt. I have already painted the underside of the hood body colour. Should it be a fiberglass shade with or without overspray around the edges? I've Googled both '67 Cyclone and '67 Cyclone restoration for images. No luck. Any advice would be appreciated. I found two and they are both painted, but who knows if it's correct or not.

Thanks dwc43. Two pictures showing the underside of the hood painted is good enough for me. Many thanks, now I can move ahead. Well I can move ahead after my last day of teaching for this school year, which is June 29!!
