caine440 Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 This one is as done as I can get it. The body and chassis came off ebay, decals from slixx and the blue head lights and glass came from reliable resin. This was the hardest build I have tried so far as it was all resin and bits out of my limited parts supply. Thanks Guys!
RodneyBad Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 Looks Great. You did an Excellent job on it I love it.
Dragline Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 That car came out awesome Roger. I cannot inmagine what the power to weight ratio is for it. It must leave the line like a rocket. Great build buddy. Bob
John Teresi Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 Rodger......this is just an OUTSTANDING job!!!!!........top shelf man........very well done.
bigmikevee Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 Roger, Just the coolest build of one of the coolest racing teams ever. Gotta love the MOPARS and you did such a great job, keep up the good work...and thanks for posting!! Mike
PlasticWagens Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 (edited) Great build. Those use to be all over Ebay a few years back and I picked a couple up at a model show in Michigan. I ended up trading them off and do you think you can find them anymore? Not very often. Would love to do a Rod Shop version. Edited June 28, 2010 by PlasticWagens
caine440 Posted June 29, 2010 Author Posted June 29, 2010 Thanks everyone. I have to fix the stripe in front of the windshield, it must of moved on me as it does not line up with the hood stripe now. You can still get this body and a cool little wagon from this website. You have to email him to get prices. http://www.freewebs.com/rmrresin/nf125.htm
bsoder Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 So it was fun right!.. well it looks very well done and it looks like the ref. pic, works for me!!
caine440 Posted July 3, 2010 Author Posted July 3, 2010 I wish I could have come up with a better way of doing the grille. I looks ok on the shelf but under the unforgiving digital camera lens it looks hack.
1320wayne Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Superb job Roger. Another excellent build to add to your collection of other cool Mopars.
